A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and full balances are due 28 days prior to date of first journey.
Credit cards incur 2% handling charge.
Debit cards incur no charge.
If specific vehicle type is not available a substitute vehicle of a similar standard may be provided.
Additional and/or unscheduled mileage to be charged at £2.00 per mile.

All toll fees such as tunnels, toll roads, bridges etc. to be paid by hirer.
If more than 90 days notice is given then 50% of price will be refunded.
